Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

1. Please check to make sure that your item is eligible for a refund.

    B. It must have been purchased within 30 days

    C. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase and all original tags & stickers.

2. If your item is eligible for a refund - please use our CONTACT US page to connect with us about the return.

2. Refunds: 
    * Shipping costs and final sale items will not be refunded.
    * We will notify you through email when we refund your item.
    * Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.  

2. Exchanges:
    * If the harness you purchased was too small or too large, please follow the eligibility conditions (#1) before submitting your information for an exchange.

3. All quality control issues or defective item returns:
    * If you find that the harness you ordered has a manufacturer defect please contact us prior to shipping your harness back for a refund or exchange.  A photo of the defect or quality control issue would be greatly appreciated in speeding along your request.
     * If a harness is found to have a manufacturer defect or quality control issue, then we will provide an RMA number and return shipping label.

    NoChoke is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.  If you are returning an order over $50.00, please consider a trackable shipping service and include insurance.
